Four-layer plastic Bottles

  • The outer layer is high density polyethylene white color. The materials used are 100% virgin materials with:

  • The second layer is a mixture of virgin materials and the machine de-flashing output, this mixture enhances:

  • Bonding of polyamide PA or EVOH layer with high density polyethylene

    Enhancing the homogeneity of packaging materials and bonding them to form a single layer.

    Inner Layer: The inner lining of the Barrier Layer PA / EVOH packaging, with which the packaged material is concealed from the rest of the packaging components and the outer surroundings.

    This lining features:

  • Its high resistance to chemicals.
  • A material that resists the passage of gases and penetrating odors from the inside of the package to the outer periphery.
  • It prevents oxygen permeability from passing through and affecting the validity of the materials stored inside the packaging.

  • Environmentally friendly zero waste product
  • The third layer: a bonding layer at the molecular level between the second and fourth “internal” layers. Its features include:
  • HDPE double layer plastic Bottles
  • Filling fertilizers, chemicals, food and cosmetics.

    The raw materials for these packages are not considered harmful according to OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) 2012.
